1Who provides it

Foleza is provided by {{OWNER_NAME}}, {{CONTACT_ADDRESS}} ("we"). You can reach us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.

By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.

2Who may use it

• Only an adult aged 18 or over who is the child's parent or legal guardian may open an account.
• Children play the games under the parent's account, with the parent's permission and supervision. A child does not open an account.
• An account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself and do not share the account with people who do not look after the child.

3The parent's responsibility

• You decide what you enter about the child (name, year of birth, photo) and confirm you have the right to do so.
• You choose the daily limit, bedtime and weekly goal. The app helps but does not replace your care. You supervise the child's screen time and safety while playing.
• Keep your phone secure, because the parent dashboard opens with the phone's lock, so anyone who knows the lock can open it.

4Acceptable use

Do not use Foleza for anything unlawful. And do not try to do any of these things.

• Get into other accounts.
• Upload content that is not yours or is inappropriate (for example as the child's photo).
• Get around security limits.
• Overload the server.
• Copy, redistribute or sell the app and the games.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

5The service

• Foleza is free. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
• The app needs an internet connection. It is provided "as is". We work to keep it correct and reliable, but we do not promise it will always work without interruption or errors, and we may change, add or remove games and features.
• The games, pictures, voices and the Foleza name belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. We give you a personal, free, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

6Closing the account

You can close the account at any time in the app, under Parent dashboard → Cilësimet (Settings) → Fshi historikun dhe mbyll llogarinë (Delete the history and close the account).

The account, the children and their history are deleted at once. What remains, and for how long, is in the Privacy policy.

We may also end the service; if so, we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before.

7Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we change the version and date at the top of this page, and the app asks you to accept them again before you go on. If you do not accept them, you can close the account.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania.

For a dispute, please write to us first at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. If it is not resolved, it goes to the competent courts of Albania, without taking away the rights the law of the country where you live gives you.
